SK microworks Solutions is a combination of Hi-tech meaning cutting-edge technology, and Marketing referring to the market development, aiming to explore new markets and satisfy customers based on advanced technologies. In addition to display-related fusion products, we have developed and produced materials and products used for various high-tech fields such as automobiles and semiconductors. 

Based on 30 years of manufacturing knowhow of products including video/cassette tapes, CDs, DVDs, lithium batteries, and SKY mobile phones at the SK Cheonan plant, we were newly born in June 2017 as the name SK microworks Solutions to explore new markets with various high-tech technologies.

We are constantly trying to produce diverse high-functional films and advanced materials that are indispensable in the display, mobile and IT industry for better customer value through our own coating technology and know-how.

Since our inception, we have continued to develop new products, secure world-class quality, foster core talent, and accelerate global management for seeking for internal stability and quantitative growth, and lead the display material industry by developing and producing next-generation optical films, high-functional materials, and color filter Millbase. 

On top of that, the company has been creating new and value-added markets in various fields including glasses-free 3D filters and industrial design films adopting state-of-the-art technologies. In addition, for the sustainable growth and social responsibilities of the business, SK microworks Solutions has contributed to the development of the country and local communities by prioritizing the safety environment, and has conducted volunteer activities volunteer activities both inside and outside of the company. We will continue to develop new display materials and industrial base materials and reward customers with the best quality products in the world to fulfill our role as a global leader in the high-tech material market.
